Lovely stay, accommodating staff and great overall cleanliness of the room and building. Only thing I’d say is it was a little dusty in some parts of the room but that’s very minor. The shower was probably one of the best I’ve ever used in a hotel. I’d highly recommend and would stay here again.

Customer service was amazing, very welcoming staff and attentive to our requirements. The hotel is brand new and very cosy! The only issue I would have is the bed was too small for two people, however very comfortable, it wasn’t much of a concern, just be mindful if you’re over 6ft!

This hotel is a must stay place

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a member of the reception team who gave a welcoming smile and had great customer service. This was reflected by every staff member we met, including the breakfast team. The room was fantastic, the bed and pillows were beautiful and the shower was awesome. Upon departure we were greeted by another staff member who too was so friendly and helpful. We will be back and will now be looking for other Voco hotels in the UK to stay in due to the great impact Leicester had on us.
