The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and everything is well maintained. While I didn’t have breakfast, it smelled excellent. Prime location to all the tourist highlights and easy for walking to all the Christmas markets.

The room was very clean and had loads of space (junior suite). The staff were very friendly and always greeted me in the morning with a hello and a big smile. The only issue I had was that the fridge was broken and did now get fixed. I had a great stay and will definitely return.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable. It’s hidden a little of the street and is unassuming. However, once you get in you find a very nice interior and a very pleasant staff. It’s very walkable to everything in Regensburg and is not that far from the train station

GREAT hotel in Regensburg

Hotel Das Regensburg was GREAT. Super clean, the guy at the front desk was super helpful with restaurant and sight recommendations and great ideas for things to do and see. We were upgraded to a suite at check in and presented a bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast buffet was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A pleasant stay

It is located inside the old town, easy to walk to all town’s attractions. It is accessible by car, but driving within the area is quite tricky. After some effort, we ended up in front of the hotel instead of the public parking, which is located at the back of the hotel. Quirky, and pleasantly decorated, we enjoyed everything - our Deluxe Double Room with excellent bed and bathroom, the very good breakfast served in a nice area, and most of all, the excellent, friendly service.

I paid for the room with city view which is on the exterior of the building but I was given one of the rooms on the inside with only a view of the courtyard. When I asked the staff, she said that the room facing the interior courtyard was better but that’s not what I asked for. I wanted a room with city view.
