This was the BEST Best Western I have ever stayed at. Staff were super accommodating and welcoming even with a late check-in.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind—we are very thankful for their kindness. However, when we arrived, we were told that the room Expedia claimed to have reserved was NOT available because the reservation had not gone through so we were left without a room at the hotel.
