First time in Canada

We enjoyed our first time in Canada at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with us... we don't speak French. My only recommendation would be to bring a fan. There is no air-conditioning and the windows can't be open. The pool was beautiful. The location is very convenient to tourist attractions and fast food.

It was clean but outdated you could also see that our room probably had water damage one of the wall was half patched and the floor was warped. We could also hear the kids running on the top floor room and a dog barking in the next door room.

A bit disappointed

The room was nice however I found that most of the area of the hotel was old and dirty. The elevators, stairs and off limits areas were customers are not aloud were dirty and kind of turned me off to look at. The ladder to the hot tub was extremely loose. When I got off the elevator on my floor their were two staff members making out which really through me off. Front desk staff were great

Affordable, hotel, with lots of restaurants nearby

Overall a reasonably priced hotel in Quebec city, comfotable and clean room. Friendly desk service. Best parts: indoor pool with tropical decor, many budget-friendly and variety of restaurants on-site or in least than 5min walk (for all 3 meals, snacks & coffee). In downtown area (but NOT in old city). Taxi was about $15-20 There are some (3rd party) spa services available, but didn't get a chance to use them. Asked for wake up, and they did it. I would return again. - Bad parts: 1- Hotel is clean and descent, but shows some age (peeling wallpaper, chipped paint), parking lot needs repaving. 2- Policy says ( for Eco reasons) they only clean rooms after 3 days -- at 3rd day I requested (from both desk & cleaning staff that morning) for room to be cleaned & needed new towels, as tiny garbage bin was full, but no one came.
