Me , my family has spent 7 nights in the hotel. We are frequently traveling. Internet access is terribly limited even not possible in 811 .! Tv programs are mostly welcome to Middle East Sudan, Oman even Libya.! If you are after European sender forget it. It is boring if you have kids . Because of limited access to internet, I did kindly ask for help at least three days nobody got me back. Front desk team totally ignored me and do not deserve any positive comments. Breakfast was okay. Housekeeping team was good and helpful. Over all, never again. There are more opportunities in Eskişehir.

Disappointing

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.

Otele gece giriş yaptık. Kırık bir yatak teklif edildi. Odaya girdiğimizde yatak takımları yatağın üzerine serilmemişti. Bayram gibi yüksek bir dönemde akşam tüm otelde sadece 3 personel bulunuyordu. Odaya konulan su ücretliydi. Yatak üzerinde saç telleri vardı. Gece yarısı düzenli bir şekilde kapı çarpmasına benzer sesler geliyordu. Genel olarak alınan ücret ile verilen hizmet arasında uçurum vardı.

odalar ve otelin yeri çok iyiydi. Osmangazi Üniversitesi tramvay hattı durağı 2 dk mesafede. Odadaki tek sıkıntı bedava su olmaması ama neyseki aşağı katta bir market var, oradan aldık. Kahvaltı çok vasattı. 8 de başlıyor ve siz 9 da inerseniz yumurta bile kalmamış olabiliyor, bazı şeylerin yenisi gelmiyor. En azından bir çırpılmış yumurta, omlet vs gibi sıcak bir opsiyon olmalıydı. Ve otomat kahvesi çok kötüydü.

Asansörün denetim tarihi geçmiş. Banyonun sürgü kapısı bozuk. Kalorifer var ama kapalı. Klima ile isinmaya çalışılıyor. Saç kurutma makinesi radissonlardaki gibi valera degil haira diye bi marka. Kahvaltı vasat. Otel sessiz . Otopark var. Tekrar kalır mıyım kalmam.
