Nice place, easy check in instructions. Niccolo the owner made us cappuccino in the morning and let us leave our luggage after checked-out so we could go around more. Very helpful with the instructions with the transportation and restaurant recommendations. Great service.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our host was very accommodating and helpful in arranging transportation and pointing out locations to restaurants and sites. The B&B was within a 5-minute walk to the tram station and conveniently located in between two.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon around Europe. When we checked in we had our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise! The room had everything that we needed in it and was comfortable. Everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance but there are good public transport connections available too. The host was lovely and knowledgeable, it was a shame we were only staying for one night!

Great location, 3-4 minutes walk from Belfiore tram stop. Only 4 rooms so intimate and Niccolo is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the area and makes great coffee in the morning. The room was awesome, nice and big with high ceilings but the bed and pillows were the best aspect, easily the best sleeps i've had on holiday for a while and i've stayed in a few 5 star locations.
