Really beautiful place to stay in Brussels. Only drawback was because it was so high-tech, it was sometimes difficult to understand how to do certain things e.g. closing the blinds! Pool was so relaxing. Bed was really comfortable. Definitely get a city view room if you can!

We stayed two nights, room was perfectly clean and beautiful. We had a little problems only with the fancy lightning (no istructions). Breakfast at the Gritto was very good and the rooftop pool experience really nice (remember to book before). I would recommend and visit here again anytime!

This the most modern, beautifully designed and and artistic hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, in the center of town, next to a train station. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Restaurants, gym and pool are amazing, as well as the customer service. If you love modern art, you will love this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel check in waa straightforward, however we were bot told the check out time and had to check this a day before. Also the room was not ready and the staff member sent us up, whilst housekeeping was still cleaning. She was very apologetic, but was not her fault. Overall apart from this the stay was lovely.
