Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean room.

4/10 Fair

The staff are so lovely. Their breakfast is simple but made with love. They are helpful and kind. Room is clean but quite small, which is totally ok. I reduced the stars to let someone who wants to stay here know that the windows face the street below and it is super bright lights through the windows and people are loud all night long. You likely won’t sleep well so Bring eye mask and ear plugs.

6/10 Good

The lady checking us in was efficient but slightly rude and patronising. The room was excellent the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was good however the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom flooded when the shower was on. The hotel was in an excellent location but the town is tiny so all the hotels are in good locations. A fan in the room would have been nice. The breakfast was a catastrophe it was inedible there was hardly anything left and it was nasty cheap food that no one was eating.

We lived our stay here. A short distance from the main restaurant, amenity area, it completed an excellent stay while in Aguas Calientes.

Great breakfast. Hot water. Okay room.

Breakfast buffet was really good and beyond expectation in such a small town. Room was okay. Water was hot enough.

I was very surprised as a lot of hotels here in Machu Picchu Pueblo can be dirty and not have hot water. This was a very clean hotel in a part of town that is more local than touristy and they had hot water! Clean rooms and comfortable beds!

Nice room with comfy bed and great shower pressure. Wifi didn’t reach our room but you could sit at reception area. Breakfast was ok buffet.

6/10 Good

Very close to the train station. Felt safe, clean basic rooms. Provided a box breakfast to collect before 1st entry up Machu Picchu and stored bags for us. Absolutely fine for a stopover in Aguas Calientes

8/10 Very good

Staff is excellent. I was greeted by someone at the train station and escorted to the front desk. The room was ok, there’s construction so everything has dust on it. The bathroom is normal except there’s a window and it allows you to hear everyone else. It’s super loud when ppl next room over are playing music taking a shower or something. You get it. Also it’s congested so tourist having a good time create noise that echos into your room at night. This is not the staff’s fault but somebody’s gotta be blamed.

I have an excellent stay and Luz Garden Hotel. All of the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train stations and lots of restaurants that are near by.

This hotel is in the heart of Miraflores, walks to major restaurants and Kennedy Park within minutes, if not seconds. Room is clean and with friendly staff members. Breakfast at roof is continental style and good to start the day.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and it is just about 2 minutes walk to the Inca rail and Peru rail, about 5 minutes to the bus going to Machupicchu. Very convenient walk to the shopping area and also small groceries just outside the hotel . Restaurants are situated everywhere and there are a lot of options . Staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

A wonderful stay the night before heading to Machu Picchu! The host was a wonderful lady who offered a delicious breakfast and was very hospitable. She even stored our backpacks for us so we didn’t have them while at the top of the mountain. Truly a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
Natalie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Our room faced the 'street' and was pretty noisy until about 10:30 pm. A bath mat in the bathroom would be nice, as the floor can be slippery when wet. The beds were very comfortable.
Grant, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staffs were friendly, the room was very clean. They checked with us about breakfast time every night since many people go to Machu Picchu early morning. A lady made our bags of big breakfast very quickly when other people took ours by mistake. It was very nice!
KAORI, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great value for money. We only stayed one night as I think most people do in Aguas Calientes to visit Machu Picchu, but the room was a decent size with a good bathroom, and the staff provided breakfast from 05:30 so we could get up to Machu Picchu early. My only other point was that no staff members were waiting for us at the station to help carry our bags, though this may have been due to late communication as we booked last minute. All indications were that the hotel would send someone, so I can only imagine the fault lay with late communication and possibly due to using the Expedia chat feature rather than directly calling the hotel. So check this if you stay here by calling the hotel directly. All-in-all it was well worth the price and I would probably stay here again if I visited Machu Picchu again in the future.
