Bliss is everything you want for a beach front resort and more! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The pool area and view over the beach is breathtaking. The food, drinks, and spa services on site are reasonably priced too. The shuttle bus goes three times a day and is a reliable way to get into Hoi An town and back. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vietnam!

Wonderful staff (reception, drivers, restaurant, spa, room cleaners)! They are so attentive, kind, and warm, and go out of their way to please you! We would like to highlight the work of the reception staff, the F&B Manager and of Chi and Vy at the restaurant, and the spa staff, especially Linh and Duyen who gave us wonderful massages. The facilities and rooms are very nice and well kept. The buffet breakfast is very good. Due to the weather we couldn’t swim in the pool or the beach, but both are very nice. The sea was a bit rough this time of the year, but we heard it’s calm in summer. Though the hotel is a bit far away from Hoi An, it provides a free shuttle that makes it very convenient to go. The hotel organized a great New Year’s celebration with food and entertainment that we enjoyed. In all, we had a great stay. Congratulations and thank you to all the staff for making these days memorable.

Staying at Bliss Hoi An , the staff are always ready to welcome you, and will always greet you in the morning with a compliment - Xin Chao ! The room was tastefully designed, the restaurant with seating overlooking the beach, was beautiful. Food was fine and service was nice. I enjoy my stay and with no doubt would be back when possible

The Bliss Hoian resort is very large and the rooms are spread out over a wide area. Tropical gardens are wonderful and in fabulous condition and the beach itself is fantastic. The bicycles provided by the hotel are a great way to get to and from reception to and pool and the walk through the coconut groves was equally pleasant.

I stayed at the Bliss Hoi An resort 2 nights, all I can say is it wasn't long enough but everything were perfect. The swimming pool were big, nice beachfront. The room was beautiful, big bed, very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the nice sea view. The Staff are super helpful, friendly and kind to help Great breakfast with a lot of choice, amazing salad. This is really special property, one of the best hotel 've ever had in Vietnam.

the resort is breathetaking from check-in to check-out. staff at the frontdesk(name : LO**) was very helpful and kind. had a small issue in our bathroom at night and someone arrived just a moment after I’ve made the call for help. needed to stay until night so asked about late check-out and they also made it right away. all the staff in the resort are very kind, helpful, and specialists at their service. would stay in the resort again when we have chance to get there. awesome!!!!

My friend and I stayed at Bliss Hoi An Resort for 4 nights, and it simply wasn’t enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the bustling city life of Saigon, Hoi An is the perfect choice, and Bliss is the ideal place to stay. I recommend booking at least 5 nights—or even 7 or more—if you want to truly relax and explore. The resort offers a variety of half-day and full-day trips that are well worth taking. As an Australian from Sydney, I found Bliss Hoi An to be a fantastic option during Vietnam’s off-season (October-November) when the weather is pleasantly mild—not too hot or humid and similar to the weather back home. Be sure to choose a room with a balcony; spending your evenings enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves is a true delight. I did suggest a few improvements for their dining menu and the outdoor dining area’s ambiance which they happily accommodated, and I hope the resort considers these as permanent additions to make future stays even better. Another highlight is the free shuttle bus to Hoi An (about a 25-minute ride), which makes it easy to enjoy an afternoon and evening in town. While you’re there, I highly recommend dining at Morning Glory Signature. Much to my surprise I found out that the Resort was only a few years old, so you’ll be able to take advantage of its modern features and facilities unlike the other bigger named (older) resort brands. I’ll definitely return to Bliss Hoi An, but next time, I’ll make it a longer stay.

Many extra fees.. $105 extra. I booked on Expedia for four adults, but when I got there it said for four adults I need to pay $35 extra for a bed fee. Then after check out I had to pay for 65 extra dollars

We stayed at the Bliss Hotel as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is quite far out from Hoi An, the complimentary transfer service is good, however a little restrictive time wise so if you’re keen to explore Hoi An a lot, this hotel isn’t for you. If you want to chill by the beach, then this is for you. The hotel room was very large, however there wasn’t a lot of space for luggage down/storage and only one chair. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great, on a few occasions the water stopped mid shower- for a 4 star hotel, this wasn’t great. I joined the yoga class one morning, but was disappointed- it was quite unsafe at times sadly- no proper warm up and the into some quite complicated and advanced moves. The breakfast options were a mix of local and western. We ate at the hotel on the first night and were very disappointed with both the food and the service. We also ate by the pool one day and found the food below average. The happy hour around the pool in the afternoon was great however. The pool space was really nice, a huge pool and plenty of loungers around it. A short walk from the beach. The gym was small but had a range of equipment.
