Cute little place, could use some updates, but overall, Nice. The management company is very responsive, and helpful. Small kitchen with appliances, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Great downtown neighborhood. Queen size bed. The bad: Loud restaurant hood vent right outside the window. AC is also very loud.

Not your typical hotel stay. Apartment in a nice area. Safe and clean. We are 70 and maybe most our age should consider the extra effort here. But if you can. It's worth it.

It was right next to a very busy street with people and vehicles, noisy even throughout the night. It was just a typical room that didn't offer any over the top amenities. It was a basic room mostly to relax and sleep at the end of a long and exhausting day of sightseeing. It was just a decent stay overall.

Honestly the whole stay was pretty decent. Great location to lots of dining options. My only complaint is my room needed a new iron. I was running late for a business meeting and attempted to iron a white shirt which was quickly ruined by the rust stains on the bottom of the iron. Other than that, i would rent again and maybe bring an iron!

I stayed here three nights and slept soundly in the comfy bed. The apartment was quiet and clean and nicely furnished. It's next to Massachusetts Avenue which has lots of great restaurants. The location was perfect for my trip.

The apartment was great... Very cozy. The only downfall is that you can hear everythkng happening outside. We were on the second floor and could here someone pulling a suitcase on rbe sidewalk.
