The price is so affordable and we loved having a balcony to sit and enjoy the babbling stream and lush green landscape. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Hillbilly Golf is across the street so we always go there when we visit Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time at Gatlinburg River Inn after years of coming to the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the property was gorgeous. A wonderful central location to the Gatlinburg Parkway and only about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend!!

Hotel is in a great location. Trolley pick up right outside the hotel so no need to drive down the strip. The hotel is an older hotel but kept up well. The beds were comfortable.

Brought my 9-year-old daughter here with me. We had a blast. The river outside the private balcony was perfect. It's located a little bit outside of Gatlinburg so you miss the hustle and bustle... Which was awesome for us. We had a little walk but we didn't mind that. Great place and we'll stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location. The carpet by our room was filthy and we had no closet with hangers or an ironing board. The bathtub is very dated and needs replaced. The breakfast was good. Some oatmeal and pastries would be a nice addition.

We stayed on the fourth floor had the balcony of the river. I liked it because it did not have carpet in the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. They had a hot breakfast eggs, gravy biscuits, and meat and waffles. Very close to the town of Gatlinburg. You can walk or there’s a trolley ride outside to pick you up.
