First, the good: The beds were comfortable. The There was an extra sink and counter where the microwave and small refrigerator were located that made it easy to fix and wash things. The room was a large size. As far as we could tell, the refrigerator wasn't noisy, as sometimes happens.
The couch and carpet seemed a bit dated, but clean.
The not-so-good: We were on the side facing the very nearby highway. The windows must be single-paned because the traffic was very loud and it was difficult to sleep, even after midnight and apparently the trucks all head down the freeway at 5:30 am. If we had been on the other side of the hotel, facing away from the highway, we might not have noticed so much noise.
