The room was very nice with a good and welcoming smell. However, the staff was rude. When I asked how to access my Netflix account, they said that "Unfortunately you choose a 3 stars hotel. Not 5". It does not make any sense, as I was able to access the platform in all the other hotels I stayed in Italy.

While the hotel is slightly outside downtown, it’s still within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
