The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Pagamos mucho por una habitación MUY sencilla

La hacienda muy linda. La habitación MUY sencilla. Considero muy elevado el precio que pagué por el tipo de habitación que me dieron. No hay servicio de internet y prácticamente hay zonas sin señal, que por cierto, vía WhatsApp es la única forma para comunicarse al lobby así que NO había forma de comunicarse….nos hacía falta una toalla y tuvimos que ir al lobby a pedirla. La televisión no se veía y nos comentaron que así era con todas las televisiones del hotel.

la habitación muy básica, el hotel cerrado, abrió ala 1pm, recepcionista si no preguntas no te informan o te comentan nada, solicite 1 toalla y nunca llegó, uno de los restaurantes cerrado, las instalaciones tan hermosas que tienen pero descuidadas, no tienen internet en las habitaciones, y en recepción abren alas 8am, así que si debes trabajar online tendrás su congelarte afuera, el restaurante ofrece poca variedad de comida y solo puedes pedir el menú completo como ellos lo tienen armado, los meseros jóvenes muy amables y atentos, el señor que da el recorrido también muy amable y simpático, así que la verdad ya recorriendo los alrededores y los lugares turísticos, les recomiendo otro hospedaje por que costo beneficio no valió la pena, decepcionante.

Es un bonito hotel, buen servicio y amenidades excelentes, como las explicaciones, Tours y obra teatral. Las habitaciones tienen chimenea y generan una excelente velada. En la madrugada si recomendaría que pusieran cobijas extras o algún calentador.

Los costos de hospedaje no reflejan realmente el confort que uno esperaba empezando por deficiencias de suministro de agua caliente debido a las bajas temperatura del lugar. El personal del hotel no se tomó la molestia de preguntarnos si nos encontrábamos o oqeu requirieramos algo para soportar las bajas temperaturas y por último el costo de los alimentos en el restaurante estaba muy elevados para lo que ofrecían.

Decepción lugar histórico “remodelado” sin cuidado

Alquile 2 habitaciones en un lugar muy muy frío y no tenía calefacción ni chimenea. Al cambiar de habitación con chimenea para calentarnos me cobraron un extra de 2247 pesos por calentar las habitaciones. Los empleados del hotel incluido el restaurante no está. Preparados para atención al cliente, la Hacienda es bonita pero la atención, habitaciones, comida. No lo son. Están remodelando con un toque moderno, no están respetando la arquitectura. Lo que pido es que se regrese por parte del hotel el sobre precio de la chimenea. El hotel no vale lo que cuesta. Es caro y los vale.
