I love staying at this hotel every time I come to Jeju. I know there are newer and probably better hotels in the island, but this is my favorite. It's got helpful staff, nice view, and a beautiful garden for a walk.

Really disappointing!

We stayed for 3 nights in April. The hotel is a little run down. The restaurants are not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Both the Korean and Japanese restaurants are average at best. The ambience is terrible. The food ok. We are a family of vegetarians, at the Korean restaurant we were served a side with prawns in and a chicken soup. I find this absolutely not acceptable. The dinner was a vegetarian set menu. Not sure I would stay here again.

역시 호텔 서비스는 이슈가 생겼을때 차이가 확 나는거 같아요.

초등 아이 동반 여름 휴가로 방문했습니다. 아이들이 있어서 온돌룸으로 예약을 했는데요. 첫날 방의 냉방에 조금 문제가 있었는데 새벽 시간이었는데도 호텔측에서 방을 새로 배정해서 잘 수 있도록 빠르게 조치를 취해 주셨어요. 시설이 최신인 호텔은 제주도에 요즘 많지만 서비스 수준의 노련함은 역시 신라호텔인거같습니다.
