Good place for the money

Stayed at this place for a business trip. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The room was good. The TV didn’t work as great as I’d like it too. It was no guide to show you the channels and also the hot water was scarce first day. Had to take a cold shower, then I’m not sure if they corrected it but it takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes for the hot water to come on

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean but the door didn’t lock properly. The dead bolt couldn’t engage correctly; the safety lock was the only thing keeping the door “locked” We didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Some of the elevators were out of order too

Room was ok. Bed comfortable. AC/heat good. complimentary breakfast was nice. The down side was the bath room. toilet seat loose, toilet paper holder broken, grouting in tile floor looked black and possibly moldy. Shower curtin had black moldy spots on bottom edge and strange brown spots on wall by toilet. Also rug that abutted bathroom tile floor black and ripped. sloppy looking.

We got locked out of our first room because the key wouldn't work. The staff was fairly prompting breaking into the room so we could get our stuff out then we were moved to another room which smelled of BO. It was nice and quiet. My only other complaint would be the shower curtain was disgusting look like it had blood stains on it and mold.

Unfortunate

The first thing we smelled upon entering the building was Marijuana weed. The bed was comfy. But one of my guest saw stains on their comforter, and refused to stay. We reserved the conference room for Saturday morning, but could not have it because there was a power outage. Also, one of my guest was disabled and we had to call the fire Department to get him down the stairs.
