Staff notified when I landed in Monterrey that they had no hot water. They put me in the Wyndham for the same price. Luckily, I know Spanish otherwise this situation of not knowing where to go when you arrive in a new city would be distressing.

It is very strange that the Hilton chain manages this type of hotels, I understand that they are executive and practical, but this time they went overboard, their very "contemporary" style, fell into excess, to the point of not having a closet door, or even a curtain, hooks exposed to the outside, where all the clothes are displayed, a sink in the room, as if it were going to wash dishes, and the main thing, the bed, extremely uncomfortable. A mattress full of balls and not at all comfortable, very watery pillows, no quilts to cover you, and not at all comfortable, very bad experience and I wish they could take action on the matter, since you are going to rest and not go through all this.
