It is a cute hotel right on the beach. Staff is friendly. Room is clean but needs maintenance (door sticks toilet runs, mattress is not the best comfort … you can feel springs but clean) . Pool is awesome it was quiet & clean we would stay there again. (Sept)

Quick weekend getaway

Oceanview was great, room was renovated, amd clean. Only downside; no furniture or luggage rack for clothing/suitcase, everything had to sit on the floor. Also, no hooks or accommodations to hang/dry towels. No chairs or tables. It was an efficiency, bathroom, 3 beds and 3 tvs, no tables, lamps, chairs. Staff were great, pool area nice, beach was nice.

Week Stay at Myrtle Beach - average hotel

The good things - ocean front, nice pool, diner on site. Hotel is older but rooms look like they have been updated. The not so good things- bedding could be improved, sheets were very scratchy. Air conditioners are older wall units and produced a small odor and need to be replaced or maintained better.

It's like a party hotel.. not an R&R

Front desk agent Simone was awesome. The room was clean. There was sooo much noise. Coming from a/c units (which is tolerable) there was someone with what must've been a speaker blasting music all day&night. Could hear all noises outside even though we were on 11th floor. Food was good.

Well...

When we arrived we were given the key to a room that was already occupied and opened the door on sleeping people. Next we got a room that was different than originally booked. Contacted hotels.com as well as the hotel and they said there's nothing they can do no partial compensation or even an apology so yeah a bit of a mess. Otherwise the place was OK but something like this is a bit ridiculous especially refusing to do anything about it
