Great Customer Service and Location

Jesse at the front desk was exactly the kind of employee everyone wants to be greeted by upon arrival. He was polite and engaging to myself, my wife and kids. The kitchen staff was really great as well during breakfast. They were attentive and visable to assist with anything needed. We also want to say a HUGE thank you to the housekeeping and laundry crew. They went over both our room and the sheets (which had already been sent to laundry) in order to find my daughter's AirPods after we had already checked out of the room. Finqlly this this hotel is nestled in between Forest Park and Downtown STL. It makes for a perfect location to never have to be in the car too long when driving to the main tourists attractions. We would 100% stay here again!

Breakfast was great and the staff kept up on making sure the food was stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable but the double pull out couch was very thin. Luckily my 8 year old didn’t care.

Check-in was smooth and the gentleman that helped us was SO friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for our STL visit. Only here one day/night to visit the city museum and Blues game...both of which were so closeby. Loved our room- plenty of space for 6 of us.
