Too much money, not so much service

We did not realize there would be no attendants on duty until after I read about the check in procedure, which I can accept is on me. However, that also means, if you need anything, after 4 or 5pm, you're out of luck. We paid over $100 a night, and there was no coffee maker, something that is pretty standard now. There is a kitchenette, but you have to request to get things to cook with. We only 2 pillows (which were very flat) for 2 people. We were traveling and couldn't get in until after 4 on a Saturday, which means we could not talk with anyone to get items we would request. Again, paying over a $100 a night, there's no breakfast. The room key reset after a day, so we had to deal with that later at night when coming back after an event. I'm good with paying for a hotel, and granted it is clean, pretty quiet, and near things but not a main road, but for the price, it did not seem to be all that.

I guess I got my hotel information confused, I was thinking that continental breakfast would be served. I thought the lobby was larger. The room was clean, but it was not on level I thought, the walls was very thin, there was no Iron or coffee pot, and no tissue. I guess this hotel was mostly for long term stay because it had a range. Nice size tv but the furniture was very cheap. If you are looking for a long term stay at a good price this hotel would be a good choice.

I was a late check in and I had to call the on staff person several times before they answered. The kiosk should alert someone instead of the person having to use the phone to get in contact. The floor was very sticky by the kiosk and door. My room was very clean it just smelled like curry food as either someone on the hall was cooking or the last person in the room did. I wish there were more pillows 2 pillows in the room for 2 people is very uncomfortable. The bed mad weird noises when get in it because of its base. The water was barely warm in the shower. The location is close to the mall and easy to find.

Found a dead bug under the blankets upon arrival, also ended up killing a cockroach. Room appeared to be clean when we walked in but we ended up unsatisfied as we inspected more. People being loud outside all night (not the hotels fault but still, you could clearly hear everyone’s conversation and we were on the 3rd floor). I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I've stayed at a few times extended stay hotels. Usually there's dishes utensils pots and pans etc. This extended stay hotel had none of that. Little surprising. The room was clean. The toilet bowl had no lid. As comfortable and clean as the room was it was stripped down to practically nothing. This hotel is $500 a week and $100 a night if you're not staying a week. For what you don't get in this hotel I think that $100 a night should be lower. I asked the front desk couple questions about amenities and then got a cold shoulder the rest of my stay. This is all just an observation your stay may be different your expectations of an extended stay hotel may be different. Just my take.

Can't afford inside; sleep outside.

The Good: Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. Fairly new hotel. Good location close to food gas & shopping. I had a 2 night stay on a weekend. The Bad: No staff after 6:00 pm. Kiosk sign in No utensils, cookware , glasses, plates, bowls. Frig turned off; so lucky I did not buy frozen food OTW. Pointless to have a kitchen if you cant cook/? Utilize the Ice Trays cause there is NO ICE MACHINE IN THE BUILDING. The 'hotel' also rents $497 wk. The local "residents" meet nightly in the parking lot to bring beer smoke weed & frollick among each other very loudly til 2:00 am-ish NIGHTLY. Yes I know what was going on because each night they would congregate just below my 2nd story window !! Lucky me; I got a room overlooking the 'hangout spot'. NO STAFF TO COMPLAIN to all weekend. The office was closed Saturday & Sunday!! People were sleeping in their cars, junk cars littered the parking lot & four police cruisers were on site Saturday afternoon for god knows what reason. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN
