Amazing!!!

It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. We travelled with two dogs and a cat. Would definitely want to stay longer next time as the location is amazing with plenty to do.

HĂ©bergement situĂ© Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de Strasbourg dans un quartier populaire trĂšs calme, supermarchĂ© et restaurant Ă  moins de 10mn Ă  pied. Les transports en commun se trouve Ă©galement Ă  moins de 5mn et desservent le cƓur historique de la ville. HĂ©bergement propre et bien agencĂ©, pommeau de douche obsolĂšte (tartre) les deux seuls reproches il ne prenne plus les chĂšques vacances un comble! Et ils ont installĂ© des bornes de recharge mais pas encore raccordĂ©es. Petit dĂ©jeuner complet dans l’ensemble.

Un hĂŽtel trĂšs mal gĂ©rĂ©, du personnel non formĂ© et incompĂ©tent rĂ©sultat, il me font un prĂ©lĂšvement sur ma carte sans me le dire la veille de mon dĂ©part et le jour du dĂ©part je paye ma facture et cela passe inaperçu, maintenant l’hĂŽtel fait le mort pour me rembourser le prĂ©lĂšvement sur ma carte de trop. Une honte hĂŽtel Ă  fuir.
