The rooms are small but clean and very well stocked and the staff are very helpful. the hotel is a little dated now but it’s in an extremely good location and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Tokyo!

Convenient, clean and friendly.

Location is excellent. The rooms are on the smaller side, but it is whats expected in Tokyo and it was perfect for two people, plus it was super clean. Very friendly staff and they have free lockers to use.

Reasonably Priced Property in Shinjuku

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. All of our trips in and around Tokyo originated from the Shinjuku station which is fairly close, about 1km from the hotel. It’s even walkable with our medium size luggage. The hotel provided us with a good base to explore the city.

It's a business hotel so not fancy. It was clean enough and had nice amenities (razor, toothbrush, lotion etc) . The bed is like a futon but in mattress form, very firm. Check in was easy, staff was nice. In an area very business friendly, but a bit away from where I personally wanted to go. The price was right when I booked

Was a good location, clean and tidy. The room was tiny, there was no space to be able to fully open our suitcases other than on the bed. But aside from that, was a pleasant stay.

Good Hotel that's located in Shinjuku.

Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room.

Clean hotel in a good, walkable location. Friendly reception. Room was tiny. This was my first time in Japan and I suspect a tiny room is the norm. The only complaint would be that the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bad choice

Not enough staff at lobby, You need to self check in, no one can help you, even take the luggage, you need to do it yourself, very bad situation! Super small room, can’t open luggage, and very far from the shinjuku main station. It’s not worth $2000 per night!
