A New Favorite

My husband and I were in town to watch our daughter and the MSU Bears play some softball. We’ve stayed in many different hotels in the area over the years as she is a Junior. This was by far our favorite and we will be regulars at Homewood Suites over the next year. Thank you for top notch customer service and a very clean property with great amenities! We will be back very soon!!

The hotel was in a great location. Very clean and the rooms were large and accommodating. The only problem was - the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I literally had a back ache (which is uncommon for me) the whole next day. Please upgrade your beds and you’ll be a 5 star.

We arrived prior to 3:00 check in but they allowed us early check in. My wife doesn't like elevators and when i told the front desk that they found an open room on the 1st floor and transferred our registration. The next morning we went to the breakfast included and the food was good, and the staff were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and we would definitely use them again.
