Restaurant & Kitchen: The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Special thanks to Chef Mohamed and the entire kitchen team for their professionalism, creativity, and friendliness. Reception: A big thank-you to Reda and Mina for their helpfulness, quick support, and warm hospitality. Bar (Night Shift): Mohamad (DOHA) kept the evenings lively with great energy and amazing cocktails. Housekeeping: Our rooms were spotless every day—thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Pool Area: Ismail was always kind, attentive, and ready to help. Best place in Hurghada

Absolutely love this resort!! Second time staying here and I highly recommend. The customer service is A+ from the entire team. They go out of there way to please you. Lots of great entertainment and buffet has great variety. Love their loyalty program of name plaques after 5 returned visits. Everything you need is in this village resort. Numerous pools, spa, playground, shopping, shisha cafe, bars and restaurants and I absolutely LOVE their commitment to the environment. The Makadi Water park is the best aqua park I have ever been too!! You must stay at this place!!

Fantastic service and staff. The rooms are spacious but in need of renovation. The quality of the buffet is excellent. The all inclusive drinks are great the kids loved the large selection of mocktails. The location is nice just a few minutes walk to the beach and the inclusion of trips to the waterpark was appreciated by the kids. I also liked the fact I could get a real cappuccino from the pool bar. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic but restricted to one visit per week. Further visits are charged and with a family are really expensive. This is a shame - it would be better to offer packages with more a la carte dining. Buffet for a week with three kids is not great.

Neach is amazing for swimming and. Snorkling . The food quality was good other than this nothing is good Rooms although very clean but old and bathrooms are old as well as furniture, the sofa bed not comfy ar all, the airconditions in the room are very old and very noisy The air-conditioning not working in restaurants so we were eating all swetong as it was so hot The beach is far from the hotel about 1 km walk and to our surprise there was no shuttle or golf car so wd had to walk in 42 degrees to reach the beach which is very hard for children and old people The restaurant on the beach serving only fast food and the same everyday which was very frustrating for all of us burger shawerma and pizza, if you want a change like pasta or vegetables you have to go to the main restaurant which is 1 km going and another back in this extremely hot weather so we could not do it In general i would never go again

Very clean. Very polite. Nice room. Wonderful pool and garden. AC in the kidsclub is very cold. Wifi is bad. They try to work on it until summer. Water bottles for the room/the night. You get it via housekeeping. If it’s empty, it‘s difficult to get new ones until your room gets cleaned again. Pharmacy. You need to check carefully what they sell. Needed something for a 1 year old baby. They told us this article is from first day on. That was not true. In the leaflet it was mentioned to be dangerous for children below 2 years. We threw it away then.

I recently stayed at the Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort with my family, occupying 4 rooms. Upon arrival, I declared my two kids, knowing that two children under 12 stay free. However, Mr. Mahmoud, the assistant front desk manager, insisted I upgrade to a family room, claiming my booking only allowed two adults and one child. Despite my youngest being just 5 years old and there being no significant difference between the rooms, I was forced to pay the upgrade. I later discovered that other guests who didn’t declare their kids had no issues and were not charged extra. Mr. Mahmoud was inflexible and maintained a fake smile throughout the process. Another front desk staff member, also named Abanoub, appeared unfriendly and only smiled at foreign guests.I also noticed deliberate reductions in air conditioning in both the reception bar and restaurant, making these areas uncomfortably hot. The lighting in the reception bar was dimmed, seemingly to discourage guests from staying too long and consuming more food and beverages.The animation team has declined compared to previous years, lacking the expertise of former members like Shams. They now pressure guests to write positive Google reviews on the spot and even take photos to send to their management.On the positive side, Mr. Mahmoud Takey, the front desk manager, resolved an issue for another room in our group, and Abanoub, a waiter in the reception bar, was always helpful and smiling. まず空港からホテルまでのUber はほぼ表示どおりの価格では行ってくれません。100%ボッタクリです。相場は20ユーロ。または交渉です。特にアジア人はぼったくられるので、交渉が嫌ならホテルの25ユーロのハイヤーを使う方が良い(カローラ、ランクルはばい)。またチップはとりあえず100エジプトポンドくらい払う覚悟は常に持っておくこと。 ホテルからシャトルバスを構えてくれたら良いけど、おそらくタクシーがそれでしか生計を立てられないので、反対があるんでしょうね。アジアのリゾートは無料であるけどね。 客室は少し古いがは広くて清潔にしており過ごしやすかった。少し下水の匂いがするが、マシてす。 無料のブュッフェはそこそこ食べれる。コシャリとか分かりやすいエジプト料理があると良いなと思った。(５日滞在したがなかった)。ものすごく美味しいとかの感動は無い。ただ不味くはないてす。(不味いのもあるが、避ければ良) その他インクルーシブには、冷凍のフライドチキン、フィッシュ、ポテト、アイスクリーム、パスタが昼から出るので泳ぎがらこどもがつまむにはちょうど良い。酒も薄い地ビールやジントニックなどカクテルのみ放題。 とにかくエジプトは水が危ないと聞いており、口コミでお腹が痛くなったの書き込みがいくつかあったので、水道水、生野菜は一切食べず、歯を磨くときも水はミネラルウォーターを使うことで家族全員無事に過ごせました。これはエジプト全体の事なのでこのホテルがどうのこうのという話ではないですが、気をつけておいた方が良い。 ホテルの敷地内にバッタモノの服や鞄などが売ってる商店が並んでおり、リゾートホテルとは程遠い姿を見ることが出来る。 後はとにかくなにかで金を使わせようとスキューバやばぎーのるか？などの勧誘が多くうっとうしい。 ホテル敷地内のスーパーですら値札がなく交渉が必要。 面倒極まりない。それを楽しむ度量があればよいかとおもう。 国全体がそうなのだが、値段を高くても設定して要らん交渉かけないだけでも売り上げ上がるのちゃんと全てに値札をつけるだけでももっと儲かるのに、勿体ないなと思う。金を持ってる人が交渉が面倒で気分悪くなるからそもそもの購買意欲を無くしてしまってるのを理解してない。 後フルガタ空港内(イミグレ後)にバッタモノの店があり、愕然とした。是非楽しんでほしい。 その他良い点は海がきれいで魚も豊富に要るのでシュノーケリングなどで十分楽しめる。清掃はきちんとされており、清潔感はちゃんとある。 ウォーターパーク(アクアパーク)は施設は少し古いが、日本では味わえないスリルを味わうことができる。 プールサイドのコンクリの面が荒いので、手を越すって流血したので、行く人は気をつけてください。 気をつけてほしいのはビーチのタオルは毎日交換制で無くしたりすると金とられる可能性があるので必ず管理すること。 後は客がドイツ人が多くとその他ロシア人と一部イギリス人がいた。アジア人は我々だけだった。小さい対応差別はあるが、私は海外長いのでそこまて気になることは無かった。 従業員もドイツ語も話すので、ハングリーさが違うなと感心させられました。 日本人や韓国人が、気になる点としてはニーハオと言われるので、そのくらいは覚悟しておいた方が良い。 我々から見てもアラブ系の人はどの国の人か見分けつかないように、悪気はない。言葉に出てしまうかどうかは違うが。 ドイツ人はリピート客が多いみたいで従業員と久しぶりみたいな会話をする人が多かったので、ドイツ人には人気のようだった。

Es war sehr laut. Denn unsere Zimmer war mit den absolut einschieben Fenstern gegenüber des Hauptrestaurantes. Trotz extra Geld wurde der Bettbezug nicht gewechselt. Das Essen war sehr einseitig. Sonst hat für eine Woche alles gepasst. Die Ladenbesitzer waren nicht Aufdringlich und zurückhaltend. Spa Preise teurer als in Europa.
