The property was situated in the heart of Campeche near the main zocalo. There were many restaurants, cafes, tour operators. It was within the baluartes as well.

Clean but very outdated bedding and curtains. No communication within staff was charged on card then charge again in check in. Area around is walkable to city center and view other areas. Recommend for single or friends travel. Located behind other restaurants and can hear echo as windows are panel design and do not shut all the way so you can hear noise of neighbors.

We asked for accommodation for a disabled person and they were flexible over messaging but they never mentioned that the first floor also had stars, they should have mentioned that there was a lower level and then first floor. They accommodate us on the first floor but we had to carry my disabled mom up the stairs and she is not light. Also, they ask for the keys when we leave the room for safe keeping and so we can’t leave the air conditioning on because the key turns off the electricity when we take it out of the box so the room is hot every time we go in.

We spend only one night here and there were no hand towels or hand soap in the bathroom and the toilet clogged but the worse part was the bedding had stains in them.

Central location, busy and noisy until 11pm. Lack of parking. Cleaning staff was good. Rooms were quaint and authentic. Hotel policy rations toilet paper, even when you offer to buy another roll. The lack of dignity spoils any ambience. We are familiar with Mexico and it’s plumbing, and their ration policy was not due to our lack of education or abuse of infrastructure. Our advice is that they allow clients to purchase more toilet paper when needed.

Un servicio de motel a precio de hotel. A mi esposa no le gustó. No hay jabón en el lavabo y hay que usar el jabón líquido de la regadera para lavarse las manos. No hay toalla para secarse las manos y al pedirla nos dijeron que usáramos la grande del baño para ello. El wifi tiene un pésimo ancho de banda al grado que Facebook dice que no está conectado a Internet, aunque el celular reporta que está correctamente conectado a wifi. Esta calidad de servicio justifica un precio por noche no superior a 700 pesos y no los poco más de mil pesos que cobran. Sólo usamos la primera de las 3 noches reservadas y dejamos la habitación temprano, alrededor de las 8 AM. Y a pesar que pagamos en efectivo en el check in, no nos quisieron reembolsar las 2 noches que no usamos con el pretexto de que usamos Expedia para hacer la reservación. Con ustedes reservamos una de esas noches en el hotel Misión y la otra en el hotel Boutique Casa. Una gran diferencia en la calidad de servicio en esos 2 hoteles. De hecho, Ya llené la encuesta de satisfacción de esos dos hoteles con ustedes.
