We enjoyed our stay at the premiere inn. We didn’t plan to stay here but wound up here after a bad experience with anther place. The room room was nice and the people were helpful.

Good location and price was unbeatable!

Location was nice and quiet but close to Paddington. Overall VERY clean and comfortable -- seemed fairly new. Early check in was unfortunately unavailable, so we had to drop our bags, but that was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place for families, close to subway!

Great place to stay - breakfast downstairs was really great. They did not have a fridge or access to ice, but graciously let us store refridgerated medication in the office fridge. Very close to Edgmore station (and Paddington which has every line).

Våra förväntningar överträffades i det mesta! Alla vi träffade i personalen var otroligt service-minded och omtänksamma. Frukosten hade allt vi önskade och en trevlig atmosfär. Rummen var tysta, svala, mörka och med sköna sängar. Läget precis vid Paddington var också bra med nära till busshållsplats. Vi är mycket nöjda och kommer att bo hos Premier Inn igen.

客室は新しかったですが、バスルームのカーテンがとても臭く部屋にいても気になりました。ほかは綺麗なので残念です。レストラン含めスタッフの対応はあまりフレンドリーではありませんでしたが、チェックアウトがカードをボックスに入れるだけなので楽で良かったです。また朝食が美味しく充実しており、11歳以下は無料なのもありがたかったです。すぐ近くにM＆Sがあり食べ物が充実していたのも便利でした。

Hôtel récent bien situé pour les transports Confort et propreté générale de la chambre RAS mais ménage de la chambre non fait les 2 premiers jours sur 4 (commentaires de la réception parlant d’une information eco responsable ??? non communiquée à l’arrivée) personnel peu attentionné limite désagréable à chaque demande (appel taxi, demande de linge de toilette de verres …) Restauration petit déjeuner et restauration du soir variées personnel courtois et attentionné
