Didn’t like the $150 hold as it seemed arbitrary and racist. Customer counter wasn’t staffed when we went to check out. The young lady on duty when my a/c quit working was very responsive and professional. Only good people person we met.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. I booked a room with a king-size bed, but the bed felt more like a queen, which was disappointing. Additionally, I paid extra for a jacuzzi room, only to discover that the jacuzzi didn’t work. When I turned on the jets, the water was filthy, which was very unsettling. When I approached the front desk to address the issue, I was informed that the jacuzzi leaks and had not been used in a long time, which is why the water was dirty. Despite requesting a room change, my request was denied. The front desk attendant was polite and professional but unable to resolve the issue because they didn’t have the proper access to make changes without a manager present. Overall, while the staff was courteous, the room issues and lack of resolution left me disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for amenities that aren’t functional, and I hope the management addresses these problems for future guests.
