Near marina but a few issues

Nice place near the marina is the plus. But there were a few issues, hot tub nonfunctional, no alternate offered, no AC in hallways and elevator. I called front desk several times and each time no answer, after a few times, I asked about my unanswered calls and was told the phone did not work at front desk. Seems odd.

Very disappointed with the restaurant el embarcadero. The food was not great! The service was ok not very friendly. The place has great views and clean. But really lack in the service and food options.

The person that checked me in was great and the hotel Manager. Felt very safe, the view was great and the buffet worth the mney.However, the lobby restrooms were poorly taken care of, one is missing the seat, the other had moskitos popping out when I lifted the cover seat. The suite I got had no shampoo and a 1 third toilet paper with no additionals rolls. Is a suite for 10 people and only 1 bottle of water. The bar by the pool was closed and the bartender at the restaurant argued with my father and niece over how that was "his easy day" and that was the reason for him taking 20 minutes to make 1 drink. Since there was no pool service that damped our experience a bit.
