My stay at the hotel and location is excellent, and I have no complaints. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, I do have two suggestion—elevators should be available throughout the property to better accommodate guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Secondly, staff transportation accommodation should be available, especially for those who work late shifts. The monkey trails should not be their primary access point to the hotel.

Really enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond for me and my partner who were celebrating our anniversary. I couldn’t fault them. Ao nang beach area is extremely busy and this hotel was great for escaping that. I’d say the only negative was the monkey trail especially if you have reduced mobility. It’s very steep and there’s lot of steps. They do provide a boat transfer however it’s only at certain times and they do prioritise those people checking in and out. Would stay again.

Breathtaking views, nice pool. Some deferred maintenance and upgrades (bathrooms need new mirrors and sinks). Our ceiling fan was so loud we couldn’t use it the first night but was replaced when we complained to the front desk. Staff was very friendly but claim your spot at the pool early if you want shade and/or an umbrella. The Thai restaurant had excellent meals, particularly the fish in sweet chili sauce. Breakfast was good but very chaotic.

The property is starting to show its age as it is getting ready to go through a major overhaul, but the rooms are large with great balconies and amazing views.

Everything was GREAT! Getting familiar with the boat and pier schedule is helpful because walking monkey trail everyday could get tiring. The breakfast buffet was good too but unfortunately I got food poisoning from a pork plate that was being served.

This is the perfect hotel for getting away from it all, it’s in a unique location with a lovely beach and plenty of beds to lie on. The staff are also very friendly and the hotel has a great pool and gym. The rooms are however a little tired and in need of renovation as is the exterior of the hotel in parts. The walk up several stairs and a couple of steep hills to our room also became a bit of a drag towards the end of our stay mainly because of the heat and humidity. It’s definitely worth staying at this hotel though.
