I stayed here for the San Fermin festival and I stayed for 12 days in this hotel. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊

Very impressed by reception and especially the facillities for dogs and other pets. Have not seen that equalled anywhere Sad part about my stay was I ended up with food poisoning and as I had not eaten since a basic breakfast early that morning I can only associate it with the fish meal at dinner time.

Simply wonderful hotel

Our stay was beautiful. We had 2 dogs with us. Room spacious. Staff welcomed dogs with biscuits, beds, bowls, exercise areas, just fantastic Gorgeous restaurant. Lovely breakfast with all we could wish for. Reception staff incredibly helpful.
