Very clean and modern with excellent staff. Great location. Room service was ok but several food items were either Filipino temperature ( Luke warm) or cold; but you get that everywhere in the Philippines. Our favourite hotel out of four stayed in this trip.

Stayed for 1 week, staff is always super friendly and helpful. This hotel is as clean as it gets and if it's raining, it's alot of channels on the tv. Fast wifi. Location is also nice with lots of local foods around and the big mall 5 min walk away

I’d highly recommend Holiday Inn for the sheer hospitality of their staff. After a disappointing stay at another property, STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN WAS A DELIGHTFUL CHANGE! We attended their New Year’s Eve party as well, and my only complaint is that the liquor was not worth the price we paid… but that’s a minor inconvenience, compared to the food, festivities and the ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT STAFF HOSPITALITY!
