Great family getaway!

Really great stay during the crowded 4th of July weekend. Amazing location, we got a beach view room, so had great views of the pier and the ocean. As a plus we got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the room's balcony. Beach access makes it fun for kids and adults who love the water! They have a restaurant on site, which is decent and works well for when you don't have much time between the pool and the beach to drive to the Pismo downtown restaurants. Because of the holiday weekend, you had to make an appointment for housekeeping. They had cookies at the lobby in the afternoon that the kids enjoyed, overall a great family stay!

Not quiet enough for us

Probably great, but pricy for a young family. Not great for adults looking to relax. Property was loud. On the patio the neighbor's a/c vents into yours + had the almost constant drone of a dryer venting nearby. We were looking forward to a quiet, relaxing, comfortable week. Did not get that.

The place is amazing! Kids friendly, good breakfast. There is a stairs down to the beach which is amazing! Hot tubs and heated pool great too. Rooms are spacious. We had a partial ocean view but it was perfect! We recommend.
