This is going to be my stay in Gaute city anytime I come. It is very central, I love the layout of the villas. There is a restaurant with lovely staff if you just want to stay in and above all it is nice and quiet. I definitely recommend here if you are overnighting or stay a few days in the city.šŸ˜

To expensive for what you get, service is the most horrible anybody could get, worn out bedding sheets, towels and bring your own bar soap, no telephone service nor enough electrical outlets for your equipment, old worn out mattress you have to beg to get a towel so far the most horrible hotel experience in Guatemala. Donā€™t go there unless youā€™re in a desperate situation.

It was ok. A trash can in the room it would it be nice. We had to use the small bathroom trash can. We ask for a bathroom mat because there was none. No key to lock the balcony door.

They didn't want to change my reservation date, I made a mistake on the arrival date and even though I told them right then and there, they preferred to apply their policies and steal my money, their phone line doesn't work, it's a farce, I'm really very disappointed, they ruined my trip.

The property was hard to locate. If you exit property and staff isnt on duty theres no way to enter location. We had to switch rooms due to a musty mold smell. Our next room had a smelly shower curtain. Pillows were old and flat and tv in room didnt work proper. If you have heavy luggage this is not the best scenario. Several flights of stairs with no elevator and a walk. There are no close by restaurants.
