This property is very conveniently situated a few metres away from the Sanctuary in Lourdes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have come here often before and will continue coming to this hotel.

Great hotel close to the Grotto. Hard to find due to only a small sign near the door. The one way road doesnt allow you to see the writing on the building at night so you might drive past it a few times. Public, paid parking a block away at the river. Good breakfast and lots of stores opened up after 10 am.

The stay was right the money it cost. The two single beds put together for a big bed kept sliding apart. The bathroom door to close it you have to slam it hard. The windows only had an option of fully closed or fully open. Little wardrobe space. Room not very spacious...

Great location. Very short walk to the Basilica and grotto. The staff are super nice and helpful. Our room's bathroom floor creaked with every step. A little annoying. Old hotel with very basic accommodations. We only stayed for one night so the stay served its purpose. It was about 15-20 min walk to the train station so very doable.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast because this is the low season. The location is great to visit the Sanctuary. Its only 5 minutes away. Its very secure. I loved it

This is an older hotel and a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was minimal. It was in a great location near shops, restaurants, and the Lourdes sanctuary. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one outlet in the room and one in bathroom, so charging devices was a challenge. The only soap was that horrible Gojo stuff so bring your shampoo.

I had a nice room with window right across the Church. clean, bath room was good. Peaceful. Front desks staffs were excellent. they helped me a lot when I needed. but it did come with Refrigerator or safety box. Hope they will install.
