Good, but not great
Nice and pretty hotel, Big and spacious deluxe rooms with nice balcony. The Commons areas are nice, also the gym! But it smells like mold everywhere you go, and it feels humid in the halls and in the hotel room, even with AC on. The drain in the shower was partly clogged, leading to a lot of water flooding. Expensive transport (7 min drive to Kuta area will cost you 65 k rp with hotel transport, while a 2 hour drive with another car will cost you 500k rp). Other taxis are not allowed at the resort. No scooter rental co customers have to use hotel transport.
Took 30 min to order Ala carte breakfast (a simple sunny side up on an avocado toast).
