Останавливались в данном отеле на 4 ночи.Но ни разу за это время в нашем номере не было уборки.Впервые сталкнулись с подобной ситуацией, что номер не убирался совсем в течение 4 суток.В один из вечеров решили сходить в ресторан на 3 этаже покушать пиццу,но видно было,что рабочие,которые работали в ресторане не были совсем в нас заинтересованы как в клиентах сказав,чтобы мы пришли примерно через час.Людей в ресторане было много,но почему тогда работало так мало персонала(2 человека)на такое большое колличество гостей???Из плюсов хочется отметить хорошее месторасположение совсем рядом с жд вокзалом.

Restaurangen på våning 3 var stängt på Påskafton och baren på våning 14 var reserverad. Vi fick beställa mat från foodora men fick bra service av Joakim i baren vid entrén. Dåligt på ett så stort hotell.

Fin vistelse på härligt hotell i Göteborg. Fint och fräscht, trevlig personal. Lång väntetid i receptionen oavsett tid, i övrigt bara positivt. Fina rum med gott om plats! Något krångligt att promenera in till city med mkt trafikerad gångväg. God frukost med stort utbud av allt!

Rommet var kaldt, mørkt og utrivelig. Ikke varme i badegulvet. Ikke utsikt. Gode senger. Frokosten var ok, men eggene var kalde og eggerøren flytende. Baconet var kokt, ikke stekt, pølser og kjøttboller var kalde. Det beste ved hotellet var resepsjonsområdet med bar og lett servering. Vi velger neppe dette hotellet neste gang. Mvh. oss
