We love the location and room layout plus getting to bring our dog! The mattress in Room 108 needs to be firmer in the middle. Plenty of towels, coffee pods and nice soaps. Great place to stay in Blowing Rock

Love staying here. We used to stay here before we permanently moved to the area. Lost power for a couple days and took advantage. My husband judges a hotel by its mattresses and he said about The Village Inn, this is the best sleep I've had in a hotel - ever! I hope the power is out again tonight. It is a charming hotel, with greats enclosed decks with adirondack chairs that face a creek. You feel like you are in nature in the middle of town. Highly recommend!

Probably one of lowest quality place I’ve stayed in. There wasn’t any hot water for the shower, so I just used a washcloth for the four days that I was there. There was hot water in the sink. Also, there’s no service. The people are just not there. Nobody to help you in case something happens. I asked one night if they’re gonna be open in the morning so I can get some of the coffee because my coffee machine in the room broke They said oh yeah we open at 8 AM showing off 9:30 AM and there’s still nobody down.

A charming inn with convenient location and surprisingly had a deck, one thing needed are new mattresses. Do expect road noise because it is located on main road but other than these factors it’s a good little inn.

We have found a new favorite place to stay in Blowing Rock! We were a late check in which they made super easy for us. Our room was super clean and adorable with a amazingly comfortable bed. We even forget something and they were very nice about connecting it from our room and holding it at the front desk so we could come back and grab it later in the day. We will absolutely stay here again!
