10/10 Exceptional

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only needed a bed for the night and a shower for when we left and for the price we paid we cant fault it.

10/10 Exceptional

For the price you can not moan, staff are great, hotel needs updating, but if it does you won’t get it at this price, great location and views
Mark, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The given room was small and dark. Very old building; all equipment were flimsy.

8/10 Very good

good location. comfortable room and great staff
LINDA, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Ideal overnight close to the Euro Tunnel

For the price it’s hard to be too critical but the decor and building were tired, there was a stale smell of green and our mattress was past its best, if you need an overnight that’s affordable with a bar and pool table and parking then it’s hard to beat
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Pictures do not match reality. Hotel is in desperate shape and not, beds were broken and shower curtain had mold. Not sure if shower worked as we did not dare to try. We left at 4.30 am

raji, 1-night trip

Great location. The decor was a little dated, and smoke smells on the stairwell, but very convenient 1 night stop. The room had everythjng we needed.

Normally I really don’t do negative feedback at all cause me personally I work in costumer service too and Ik how it feel after reading but this hotel really need good refurbishment really really badly😭I’m sorry not staff faults at all but management group or head office or who ever working for the hotel needs to check it out
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Tired but worth the money paid.

Used for placing an employee for the week. Asked them their honest opinion and they were quite impressed for the loney. Yes its a bit tired, a bit worn but for £30 a night it was very acceprable and we will be returning to using the hotel for the member of staff based upon their own request.
Matthew, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Just needed for the tunnel early the next morning with parking. Ticked the box.
steffen, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Get what you pay for.

The staff was very helpful, but the rooms are very outdated and not very clean, but you can't complain about the price.
Carlos, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

My stay

The view was great, the staff were all very friendly, however, the shower was broken and there was mould in the bathroom because there was little ventilation. There was damp in the corner of the room and the bed was on a slant on one side. The car park was gravel, extremely bumpy and needs to be repaved. Also there was no lift, and I didn't book an accessable room so I had to climb 2 sets of steep stairs
Megan, 14-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very conveniently located but very budget type accomodation. Greeted on arrival with the strong smell of weed as smokers directly outside front door. Room was extremely basic and curtains, carpets and furnishings all very worn/ tired
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was far too bright, curtains were pretty much useless as even when open, there was no change in the light within the room at night. The general noise in the entire place was loud so didn’t make for an easy night sleep. Great location overlooking the sea. Car park could do with a decent tarmac job and lanes bays
Deborah, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Wouldn’t say here again
