In a convenient location. We stayed on 12th and had an amazing view of Burj. We went as family so couldnt explore the clubs but if you are into it, there are 5-6 clubs in the same building. Very nice rooms. Cleanliness could be better. There are two clubs in the hotel with very loud music until 4am. Them people partying in their rooms and hallways after. Don’t count on getting much sleep. 2 star rating for service. The pool area is unusable. Location is fantastic and the views of burj khalifa are great. Canal side views are terrible. Facing another big building.

I literally had to ask where everything is it’s not like they were actually volunteering any information. There was loud music throughout the night. There is a nightclub in the same building.
