Great hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Club room benefits were good value with snacks throughout the day and ample food choices, including alcoholic beverages, in the evenings. Great views from the clubs lounge too. Breakfast is available in both the club lounge or main restaurant offering a bigger selection of foods.

The hotel offer rooms of good size and comfort. The room and bathroom were clean and of modern design. The beds are comfortable. The room and the bathroom equipped with good amnesties. The internet is fast and worked reliably. The breakfast was good, however the evening diner unfortunately less consistent. We had a room with sea view. The windows were stained and could not be opened which ruined the view on the sundown. Opposite is the fish market. The smell can be incommoding on the pool and even penetrate the room. The hotel staff was forthcoming and attentive.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired—especially in the common areas, the sauna, and around the pool, which were not well maintained. The breakfast was another letdown: the quality was poor, and there were very few options to choose from. Due to these issues, we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and requested a refund. The only positive aspect of our experience was the staff, who were very friendly and tried their best to be helpful despite the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

very good i stay i suit doblex floor 14 The thing that is not good about the ground floor of the room is that there is no closet or clothes hangers. Likewise, in all the bathrooms, there is no electrical outlet next to the mirror for the hair dryer or the shaving machine.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Food for the room service and breakfast buffets were good as well. Liked the bottle water that they have in the rooms. I think the only mild issue I had was the standup shower, in that the water did seem to get by by the cracks of the glass door fairly easily, so the towel I was using as a mat to leave the shower was almost always soaked. There was also maybe one or two tiny bugs in the bathroom when I first checked in.
