Stay away instead of extended stay

This is a very old , outdated building that didn't have any maintenance or investments for decades. The so called kitchen is empty, no cutlery, dishes or whatsoever. Bathroom was dirty. Mousse in the building!

Avoid at all costs.

The floors were absolutely filthy. The entire hotel smells like garbage including the sheets and towels. The “breakfast” consists of warm water, expired oatmeal packets and granola bars. The “coffee” was luke warm coffee grinds. There was a mouse in the “breakfast” area. We stayed here as a last minute overnight in Massachusetts but we should have just driven back home instead.

Save your money

Room listed as a non smoking room but was heavily smoked in. No other rooms available so we had to leave. Hotels.com doesn't give a crap about their customers and did not give a refund even after reaching out 4 times to them. Each time they said the property manager decided the refund, no reason other than that was given. So stay away from both companies.

Bathroom and kitchen were not clean. There was also a terrible smell in the hallway and near the elevator. Room had kitchenette but no amenities to use it. You get what you pay for here I guess.

Ok stay for a male traveling alone

Building was dingy. The bathroom was odd and had holes in the shower from missing items. The TV remote did not work and they did have batteries to fix it or another one to exchange. Since they overbooked the hotel, the night manager tried to upcharge me for a king. Luckily the day manager fixed the issue.

Amazing Extended Stay

Spent a week there during November, and had an incredible experience. The room was the perfect size for my husband and I, even with a king sized bed in it. We were able to make small meals for ourselves during the week, and bring back leftovers. Really felt like a home away from home, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, as on our last day, after we checked out, our car battery died and it wouldn't start. The woman from the front called someone to assist us, and then she went out and brought her own car around to give us a jump. She saved us a lot of time, and it was just an example of their great service.
