The gentleman at the front desk was great, no complaints at all! It was also in a wonderful location with a tavern (Three Sisters) right across the street. I would just mention that it's definitely an older building. The water took about 5-10 minutes to fully heat up in the shower. Breakfast was just oranges/apples and go-gurts which is totally fine but if you're expecting a continental breakfast, ir wasn't that. It was perfect for a one night stay on the way from Great Dunes.

The breakfast in the morning was good for the kids and we grabbed a cup of coffee at the convenience, store next-door on our way up the mountains.

We would recommend skipping this hotel and keep driving to your next major city. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with mustiness. Stains on the sheets. Breakfast is a must skip - it was gogurts, oranges, and breakfast bars. I skipped the coffee and stopped at the gas station. The pool gate was locked with a ratchet strap. On a positive note, the restaurant Bolt, across the street, was absolutely delicious - a must eat at if you decide to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great but you can’t mess up making your own waffles. The property itself is very dated. The pictures online must be over 10 years old. The pool is still functional just crumbling apart along with the rest of the building.

My family and I did a late check in last night. Immediately the man at the desk was complaining about having to bring a portable crib to our room. Upon entering our room we noticed the TV did not work along with the WIFI. Waking up in the morning for the free breakfast, which was a plain waffle and boiled eggs. Pass. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was great for where we were going . The registration person was really nice and helpful when we checked in. The room had a musty smell when we first arrived. Didn’t take a shower in the evening so found out at 6:30 am that we had NO hot water. That was very disappointing and inconvenient.
