Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice area to explore Sitges. Somewhat noisy, music from a neighbouring restaurant felt as though it was playing right below our window. I booked a non-street facing room, but the noise level was actually maybe worse that side. Parking close by, and fairly easy to access. Very nice breakfast!

Overall, it was good

The hotel was generally good. The breakfast was good and the hotel manager was nice. However, ants kept coming out of the bathroom, so it was difficult to deal with it. There was a story about bugs in the review, so I think you need to take care of them so that bugs don't come out.

This is a charming hotel, the rooms are good sadly though there is a 'but'. Key cards regularly stop working if you put them close to your phone, three times for me and four for my friend, however much you try to keep them apart one touch was enough, the staff dealing with this matter were not overly helpful and made you feel like it was your fault. The room locking system needs to be updated. The property offers one bar, outside, it is only open from midday to 5 pm - staff are not attentive and are disinterested in clearing up glasses and plates. In summary this is a great property but it feels like guests are really quite unimportant. Upon checkout I had forgotten to bring back my pool card. I was bluntly told 'well go back and get it or i'll charge you 20 euros'. I get it was my error but I didn't much appreciate the tone.
