Hing’s in Brazil

We booked 3 rooms total for our family. I got room next to water pump and elevators. The sound of water running & people using elevators interrupted my sleep almost every night of our stay. Most disturbing issue water WIFI in my room was so terrible, I couldn’t get any work done. We had asked the hotel agent to help several times and their responses were, the tech is working remotely and to inform them if it’s still not working. Honestly, we like the area. It has markets, dinners, cafes within walking distance. They need to improve their WiFi service and customer services.

The room was a little bit tight, there is not enough space or maybe, furniture for luggage or clean clothes. The bed were confortable, pillows need renovation. Patio view is no view at all.
