Great friendly staff , Alex was very helpful . Breakfast was lovely, a little pricey if not included . Rooms have been renovated to very good standard. Very large bathroom, beautiful towels. Pity roof terrace not ready for a couple of weeks. Location is good once you understand the lift system from ground level of the city.

Everything in the building has just been renovated and they did it great! The room where we stayed was perfect, it looked really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station, which it helped us a lot. We took breakfast at the hotel, and the food was really good. Everyone from the staff treated us really nice, they made us feel like home! Special thanks to Alex, who was very kind to us. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Building works should be a warning before booking

The hotel was going through refurbishment works during my stay. The room was very dusty. On check in there were construction tools and equipment on the corridor leading to the room. I had to manoeuvre my way in with a 23kg luggage. There was construction noise from 8am until 5pm. The only saving grace of this hotel is the reception personnel. They are fantastic and the real jewel of the crown of this hotel!

Hotel was convenient to walk to casino, waterfront, and was clean. Staff was pleasant. Its an uphill hike back to the hotel from the marina, but the room was serviceable and the neighborhood pleasant

The hotel was great, we stayed here for one night before continuing on with our trip however it was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotels location was near enough that we could walk to the waterfront easily. I would stay here again without a doubt for the price!
