Great location in the center of all that we wanted to see in Lisbon. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Barbara, in providing information and recommendations. Also assisting us in securing reservations for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if in Lisbon.

This is a great hotel in a very good location. Close to underground station (Rossio) and lots of restaurants and bars. Nice modern rooms with good water pressure in shower, nice towels and very good bed linen. Have stayed several times and will definitely come back.

Great central location in Baixa close to Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, and Mouraria. We found it easy to walk almost anywhere and there was a metro stop close by for easy movement around the city. Staff was kind and our room was very clean. Despite being so close to Rossio Square, our room was quiet. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and recommend it for travelers.

It's a nicht place. Clean, good sized rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location. We stayed the 2nd time in this hotel after 3 years. Almost all fine. 👍 The only minus is the quality of the breakfast. Very low-priced ingredients like ham, mortadella, chorizo. Coffee was bitter, cold hard boiled eggs.
