This is a place I stay every year. I enjoyed my stay. It is close to everything. Having the bar and restaurant on site is nice after a long trip to get there can have a few drinks and food after arriving. Then it's time to relax on the beach and then relax before getting out the next day and enjoy all Panama City Beach has to offer.

Right on the beach, nice pool, on site arcade. The only issue the first night when we gor back from the beach the toilet had overflowed and flooded the bathroom. We had to call 3 times for maintenance and when they finally arrived all they did was drop off a plunger and left. When we took a shower the tub filled up with no proper drainage either.

We got to the hotel at 4pm to check in as was our check in time, our room was not ready until 5pm. We stayed for 6 days and there was a sign posted in the room that they would come in daily to change the trash and the towels but it never happened. We had to call down to get clean towels and that was only once and they were pretty rude about it. It was nice that it was right on the beach and that is the only reason there is a second star. Would not stay here again.

Lynn who’s the lady who helped me book my reservation was amazing, she’s the reason my children enjoyed their spring break. I would say the resort in itself can use so cleanliness all around especially with the indoor pool . The rooms can use an update as well including new carpet and curtains . The view is amazing 🤗

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Floors were nasty! Rest of the room dirty. I've stayed here for many years because I have a service animal and don't like the arguments at other establishments about having a service animal. The security gaurd actually new how to spot a true service animal and was very kind(Thank you). This will be my last stay here due to the nasty room!

This is my go-to the last few years when I come to Panama City beach. It's a little hidden gem. The rooms are spacious. The beds are pretty comfortable. Yes it can get loud during peak season but that's anywhere you go in the beach. The staff has always been extremely sweet and I've never had a problem at check-in. You can't beat the price and location. The beach is always quiet and the views are absolutely amazing. Our last day the manager was amazing and gave us some free meal coupons. We will be returning soon.

The pictures of the rooms and bathrooms look nothing like what you get. The bathroom floors was very nasty and very small. The plug did not work in the bathroom and the coffee pot didn't work. They couldn't bring us a working coffee pot until 9:00 when the housekeeping arrived which didn't really arrive until 1:00. They advertise Beach amenities with Beach loungers and umbrellas which there were no beach loungers or umbrellas nowhere. We killed two spiders in our room. We had to ask for towels and extra coffee several times before they brought some. The hallways smell like bug spray very badly. The pool area was absolutely horrible. The only good thing I can say about this place is they did let us check in early and they gave me a beautiful view room. And the beach was beautiful!!!

The room was clean but dated. We had to call for fresh towels daily. We stayed on the second floor with balcony. The palm trees blocked the view from the balcony. The only ice machine is in the hotel restaurant. We loved that it has a private beach.
