Great view for a cheap price.

It was a decent stay. Cheap price and cheap hotel. But beds were comfortable, no bugs and the AC was cold. During the week was good as we mostly had it and the beach to ourselves, but come the weekend, it was packed with lots of beer everywhere, loud music, and marijuana smell everywhere. We ended up checking out a day early. Would rent again however for the price, but it will be during the week only.

Our stay was amazing. The views from our 1st floor gulf view room was fantastic. We love to walk the boardwalk. It was well maintained. We noticed fresh lumber in several places. The walk from our room thru the sea oak boardered trail. To the white sandy beaches was quick & easy. The water was an emerald blue.

The pictures they show vs the actual rooms are quite different. It is VERY old. Extension cord for extra plugs was plugged into the wall laying on the floor by the fridge. Elevator seems to be on its last leg and the property is very old. You can see out the door to the outside. Pretty view, old hotel.

Customer service was great, they are working on up grades and didn't tell us one of the pools wasnt working and that sucked because red flag and double red flags were out and the other pool was full of older kids. I will NOT go during spring break again with my children!! I have chronic back issues, the BED was really comfy. Beautiful beach view, just bad neighbors for the season... I wasnt expecting to be so bad there.

Room always clean out dated pots and pans that were basically useless. The beds were not comfortable to my liking but to each their own however they were clean. Excellent view! No trash shute we put our garbage in bins by elevators. Would stay again

They don't open the pool on time which isn't until 10am to begin with. They didn't open until almost 11am. Front desk was not helpful in getting this resolved. It stormed and my room flooded. Police were on the property one night and a young man left carrying a large gun.
