The place was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed so for the price it was a decent place. Not much of a breakfast and no workout equipment neither of which are necessities but nice options when you are staying for a few days

The room was fine, but the walls are super thin and you can hear everyone talking in the hall. The floor it vinyl slabs with big gaps in it. Just a very run down feel. Also no continental breakfast even though it's advertised.

Had already prepaid for the room the day before but when I arrived was told I needed a credit card to pay. Drove 15 hours and really needed to test so very disappointed. Lady at the desk was very rude and was not helpful.

If you’re looking for an economic AND safe/clean/basic option in the Twin Cities area, this is the spot. Worth the extra minutes to get a really great night’s sleep. Perfect for what we needed. It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.

Reception and breakfast area were separate from the entrance to rooms, bullet proof glass around reception desk, reception desk chair falling apart, room had a bad smell, dirty chairs in room stained with something, bad paint job in room, bathroom door coming off judges so could not close the door

Rooms could have a chair to sit in not just the desk chair. Evening desk clerk could be more welcoming. I.liked the amount of towels in the rooms. Beds were comfortable.

Facilities are older, smell like smoke even though it’s smokeless facility. No coffee pots in room, TV reception poor quality, not a lot of amenities, but it was a good price.
