No late night check in access.

Nobody on reception and entry door locked on late evening arrival. I had to call the telephone Nr posted on front locked door. Thereafter walk 400m to another hotel to collect my room/front dooor access card. This was a very uncomfortable, insecure & inconvenient arrangement especially in the late night darkness. Next day hotel reception guy was extremely apologetic and did all he could to make wrongs right.

Sentralt og fint, korte avstander til alt. Hotell var koselig og betjening hyggelig. Rommene er dessverre noe slitt, bør oppgraderes/pusses opp, men ok . Vi kommer gjerne tilbake neste gang. God frokost. Digg med gratis vaffler kaffe/te mellom 17-20.00 alle dager. God Påske.

Enkelt hotell sentralt plassert.

Rommer var rent og enkelt møblert. Mulig kasserte møbler fra annet hotell? To enkelt senger var litt for myke/slitt (?) og hodeputene var "steinharde". Gulvvarmen på badet var god, men forheng foran dusjen trekker ned! Jeg bestilte et dobbeltrom for min mann og meg + et enkeltrom for min niese. Resepsjonisten mente jeg hadde bestilt to dobbeltrom! Frokosten var god og hotellets beliggenhet i Trondheim er suveren!
